Sitz Bath, Organic

When your nether regions need TLC, an herbal sitz bath is just the thing! A special blend of herbs promotes healing in the tissues of your most sensitive parts. Use for postpartum recovery, hemorrhoids, and anal fissures.

To use: add 1/2 cup of herbs to the reusable satchel. Steep satchel in a clean, shallow bath of hot water (or a specialized sitz bath) for at least 5 minutes. You can then sit in the water once its warm, or wait for it cool completely. Whatever makes you most comfortable! We recommended soaking for at least 20 minutes. So grab a book, your baby or take a nap. Enjoy!
