In-person Private Yoga (Metro Atlanta)

Enjoy 60-minute, one-on-one yoga asana, pranayama and mediation classes lead by one of our certified yoga teachers. You can expect about:

-50 minutes of movement customized to your ability level and needs

-10 minutes of guided meditation

-Access to supplemental tools to use at your discretion (essential oils, blocks, etc.)

All prices include a travel fee that covers 50 miles from our Covington, GA office. If you live beyond this range, please call/text 678.631.7808 for customized rates or consider our virtual class options.
