In-person Private Yoga (Covington Area)

Enjoy 60-minute, one-on-one yoga asana, pranayama and mediation classes lead by one of our certified yoga teachers. You can expect about:

-50 minutes of movement customized to your ability level and needs

-10 minutes of guided meditation

-Access to supplemental tools to use at your discretion (essential oils, blocks, etc.)

-at Home Studio or Moxie Fitness, both in Covington, GA

All prices include a travel fee that covers 10 miles from our Covington, GA studio. If you live beyond this range, please consider our virtual class packages or Metro Atlanta packages (50 miles).
