Get relief from your seasonal allergy symptoms! Our blend of organic loose leaf tea is packed with anti-inflammatory herbs that also soothe the membranes of the nose, throat, and lungs. It brews an earthy cup with the slightest hint of mint. It's great served hot or iced. The tea is caffeine free and non-sedating, so it's perfect for any time of day.

Volume varies. Each bag holds approximately 8oz/ 45 teaspoon servings OR 16oz / 90 teaspoon servings (depending on your order). When consuming tea for health support, it is recommended to enjoy 3-4 cups per day.

DIRECTIONS:
Boil water. Add 1 - 1.5 tsp of tea per 8 oz of water and steep for 7-10 minutes for full effects. If you prefer sweeter teas, I recommend adding manuka honey or agave nectar for additional health benefits.
